New: Tarsacci MDT 8000 two-piece lower is in stock

As of this week we're shipping two-piece carbon-fiber lowers for the Tarsacci MDT 8000. We've had this on the roadmap for nearly a year and spent the last eight months in back-and-forth with Tarsacci's engineering team to make sure the geometry matches theirs exactly.

Why this took so long

The MDT 8000 uses a proprietary lower-rod geometry that doesn't match any of the Minelab, Garrett, or XP machines we already support. We needed:

• A spec sheet from Tarsacci (which required becoming an authorized dealer first)
• Several prototype builds to validate clevis fit
• A production run with our carbon-fiber supplier at a non-standard tube diameter
• Stress-testing in wet conditions (the MDT is a known waterproof machine)

• 24" extended length, collapses to 15" for travel
